Mind What Matters.
All profits go to mental health charities supporting men of all ages in the UK.
Supporting Mental Health
Grey Matter was born from the experiences of two friends-one having lost three friends to mental health struggles, the other fighting his own everyday battles and struggling to get help through the NHS. These experiences sparked an ambition: to try and make a difference in mental health.

Our Story
One day, I came across a clip featuring Ben Francis, the founder of Gymshark. He started the company at 19, sewing gym clothes in his parents' garage, and by 2020, at age 28, he had become Britain's youngest self-made billionaire through clothing. I thought to myself, can you imagine the difference we could make if we were able to raise a fraction of that money? Maybe we could create a clothing brand that raises awareness and money - and then, from the sale of the clothing items, donate all profits to mental health charities.
The impossible dream would be to become a charity ourselves-holding fundraising events, paying for counselling sessions, funding support groups, providing educational resources, running mental health workshops, supporting crisis helplines, and helping people access care faster. We know we can't do it all yet, but just imagine, if we could - what a change and what a difference it would make.
